Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalised products, or items marked as ‘final sale’, are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

How to Make a Return

  • Returns can be made in person at our club shop, or by post to: Chester Rd, Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port, CH66 1QF.
  • If returning by post, please ensure the package is securely wrapped and include your contact details and reason for return.
  • The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method or arrange an exchange, as per your preference.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account once processed.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product, we will cover any return postage costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
